Full-time Fixed Term Contract (2 years)
Salary: €41,883
Summary of the Role:
- Administering various supports to Day Care services for Older Peoples. These services are invaluable in reducing isolation and loneliness among older residents.
- Coordinating delivery of the South Monaghan Meals On Wheels Service
- Dissemination of Health & Wellbeing information to older people’s groups
- Leading a pilot project to establish a Community Car Service to support older people in attending medical and health-related appointments if demand exists for the service.
