Development of the County Monaghan Social Enterprise Strategy (2026–2031)
Monaghan Integrated Development CLG (MID) is inviting tenders from qualified consultants or consultancy firms to undertake research, stakeholder consultation, and the development of the new County Monaghan Social Enterprise Strategy (2026–2031).
Objective of this Assignment
The main goal of this project is to create a practical, realistic, and forward-looking 5-year strategy that helps local social enterprises grow, stay financially resilient, and deliver strong social impact across County Monaghan.
Building on an expanded baseline of approximately 122 social enterprises, the strategy will focus on modern priorities such as:
- Capacity building and trading resilience
- Digital transformation and practical AI adoption
- Social procurement and market access
- Circular economy and social innovation principles
