Visiting Us

Our Castleblayney office is located at Unit 9, Drumillard Business Park, behind Lidl. There is a large shared car park. Parking is free. Many of the parking spaces are marked as reserved for employees or customers of the various businesses, but others (near the ambulance station) are unreserved.

There are two sets of double doors at the entrance to the office. The first set is unlocked during opening hours. The second set is usually locked. Visitors must press a button on the wall to the left to let the receptionist know that they have arrived. The receptionist will press another button on the reception desk to unlock the second set of doors. Then you can enter and talk to the receptionist and tell them who you’re there to meet with.

Our staff usually work in offices upstairs, and the receptionist will call to let the relevant team member know that you have arrived. There is a small waiting area by the window with seating where you can wait for them to come and greet you. Then you will likely be invited into one of our meeting rooms for a private conversation.

There are ground-floor toilets available, including one that is adapted for people with disabilities.

If there is anything a staff member can do to make your visit more comfortable, just let us know. We can adjust lighting, open or close blinds or doors, reduce background noise or make other adjustments to the environment that you require.
