Intercultural Health Project
The HSE Intercultural Health Project supports new community members (including displaced Ukrainians) by identifying and addressing their health needs, guiding them to health services and helping them navigate the Irish health system.
Older Persons Services
Our Health and Wellbeing Coordinator provides support to 15 daycare services across the county on behalf of the HSE. They also oversee the delivery of a Meals On Wheels service in the south County Monaghan area (Carrickmacross and its hinterland).
Traveller Health Project
Our Traveller Community Health Development Worker is working to address health inequalities experienced by the Traveller community, and carrying out surveys to establish the need for a Traveller primary healthcare project in Monaghan.
