HSE Intercultural Health Project

This project acts as an early intervention for the health needs of new communities’ members (including displaced Ukrainians). The project worker engages with the community to identify and address health needs by signposting clients to community health services; providing information on vaccination and child immunisation requirements in Ireland; helping clients to understand and navigate the Irish Health System.
