Cavan Monaghan Connects (CMC) is a new regional initiative that brings together mental health information, supports, community services, training and local events for people living in Cavan and Monaghan – all in one trusted place: cavanmonaghanconnects.ie
CMC is led by HSE Connecting for Life Cavan Monaghan, in partnership with Mental Health Ireland, Cavan County Council, Monaghan County Council and a wide network of community and statutory organisations. Our aim is simple: help people find the right support, at the right time, as easily as possible.
